Terms of Service

Effective date: January 21, 2026

These Terms apply when you request or use Legendary Scoop services.

1) Services

We provide pet waste removal and optional add-ons (example: deodorizing treatments) in the Greater Toronto Area, including Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Markham, Vaughan, Aurora, Newmarket, East Gwillimbury, Holland Landing, and surrounding areas.

2) Access to your yard

To complete service, we need safe access to your yard (gate unlocked, clear entry, safe conditions).

If we can’t access your yard (locked gate, blocked entry, unsafe conditions), we will message you and reschedule.

You will not be charged for a service we can’t complete.

3) Pets and safety

Your dog's safety is our top priority, which is why we recommend keeping pets inside while our technicians are on site.

4) Weather and rescheduling

Safety comes first.

If weather makes service unsafe or waste is fully covered (ex: heavy snow), we may reschedule.

If a weekly service is missed due to hazardous weather, we will communicate it with you and reschedule.

5) Waste disposal

We bag the waste and, by default, place it in your outdoor garbage bin unless you request a different setup.

6) Billing and payments (pay per completed service)

We charge after each completed service, not as a monthly fee.

You agree to keep a valid payment method on file.

If a service is skipped or not completed, you won’t be charged.

If a payment fails, we may pause service until the issue is resolved.

7) Pausing or cancelling

No contract required.

You can pause or cancel anytime by calling or emailing: [email protected]

Please give an advance notice before your next scheduled visit so we don’t dispatch a technician unnecessarily.

8) Service issues and satisfaction

If there’s an issue with your service, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We’ll review and work to make it right, which may include a re-visit when reasonable.

9) Property conditions and limitations

We’re not responsible for:

Pre-existing yard conditions (holes, uneven ground, hidden objects)

Damage caused by hazards that were not reasonably visible

Delays caused by weather, access issues, or events outside our control

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Legendary Scoop is not liable for indirect or special damages. Our total liability related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service.

11) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada
