Do I need to be home during the service?

No, you don’t need to be home. As long as we can access your yard, we can complete the scoop. We’ll message you when we’re on the way so you know when to expect us.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the Greater Toronto Area including Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Markham, Vaughan, Aurora, Newmarket, East Gwillimbury, Holland Landing and surroundings. Message us even if your city isn't listed in here. We will do our best to come to you!

How often can I schedule service?

Our dog waste removal services comes in different packages.

We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and twice-a-week services. It's up to you which one you want!

Is your service safe for my pets?

Yes. We use pet-safe practices and keep things sanitary so your yard stays clean for your dogs and family.

Do you scoop with dogs in the yard?

Your dog's safety is our top priority, which is why we recommend keeping pets inside while our technicians are on site.

What do you do with the waste after you scoop?

We bag it and remove it from your yard. By default, we’ll place it in your outdoor garbage bin unless you request a different setup.

Do you disinfect your tools and shoes between yards?

Yes. We disinfect equipment between stops to help prevent cross-contamination.

Do you service commercial properties?

Yes. We offer commercial pet waste removal for condos | apartments | dog runs | property managers | businesses that want clean common areas.

How do you handle bad weather?

Safety comes first. If conditions are unsafe, we’ll reschedule as soon as possible. In heavy snow where waste is completely covered, we may delay until it’s accessible or adjust your schedule. In any case, if our service is missed for the week, we will reschedule for the week after.

How does billing work?

We keep billing simple. We charge your card on file after each service rather than a monthly fee. You only pay for completed services. If a service is skipped for any reason, you won’t be charged. If a visit is missed due to issues like a locked gate or weather, we’ll message you and reschedule.

What if I need to skip a service?

No problem. We understand things come up, like scooping the yard yourself, being out of town, or forgetting to unlock the gate. Just give us a call or email us at [email protected], and we’ll happily reschedule.

Do you require a contract?

No. You can pause or cancel anytime.
